One potential benefit is Plug & Charge, which allows a compatible car and charger to authenticate automatically without the driver presenting a card or opening an app for each session. Alfen points to interoperability testing, managed firmware releases and product-specific validation as essential parts of turning standards support into a reliable experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The announcement sets out a software partnership rather than a promise that every existing Alfen charger immediately gains these features.
