Barcelona, MWC 2026 — Xiaomi has unveiled the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo at Mobile World Congress 2026, presenting a full-scale electric hypercar concept created for the renowned Gran Turismo franchise. According to the company, this marks the first time a technology company has joined the Vision Gran Turismo project.
The concept showcases Xiaomi’s vision for the future of mobility by combining advanced aerodynamics, futuristic design, and AI-driven intelligence. Xiaomi says the vehicle was developed around a balance between low drag and high downforce, rather than maximizing only one performance metric. The design follows the philosophy of “Sculpted by the Wind,” with elements such as the headlights, airflow channels, rear structure, and rims serving both aesthetic and functional purposes.
Inside, Xiaomi introduces the idea of a “Sofa Racer” cockpit — a cabin concept designed to feel more comfortable, intelligent, and human-centered than the traditional rigid hypercar interior. The vehicle also features Xiaomi Pulse, an in-car intelligent assistant, HyperVision, and integration with Xiaomi’s broader Human x Car x Home ecosystem.
More than just a concept car, Xiaomi presents the Vision Gran Turismo as a statement about how it sees next-generation electric performance vehicles: not only fast and visually striking, but also deeply connected, adaptive, and experience-focused.
Xiaomi added that more details about the car’s official arrival in Gran Turismo 7 will be announced later.
